Event description
The 2026 Queensland Indian & Victory Muster will be held from the 1st – 4th May 2026 at the Blue Mountain Hotel in Harlaxton, a suburb of Toowoomba.
Riders travelling from all corners of the country will converge here for the long weekend to celebrate all things Indian Motorcycles.
There will be a show & shine, group ride, and trade stalls with demo bikes for people to interact with plus a number of other activities to keep you engaged all weekend. The trade show is open to the public and we encourage you to bring your kids along as this will be a family-friendly event.
It doesn’t matter what you ride, as long as you’re coming along for a good time!
******PLEASE NOTE: You will be able to register for the show and shine on the day but will not receive a shirt as these need to be pre-ordered before the event. If you intend to participate in the full event please ensure your tickets are purchased prior to arriving as we won’t be able to accommodate you if you aren’t pre-registered******
EVENT OUTLINE:
Friday 1st of May
Meet and greet at the Blue Mountain Hotel, our home for the next few days! We’ll finalise the registration process, distribute welcome packs and give you a rundown on the event.
Saturday 2nd of May
We’ll kick it off early with the show and shine! Get your beautiful steel horse all squeaky clean and shining like a diamond. Each registration gives you automatic entry into the show and shine.
The good folks from Indian Motorcycles will have demo bikes available for test rides and are more than happy to answer any questions you might have about their products and services… There will be raffles throughout the day, with all proceeds going to the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation to help raise vital funds for their Regional Cancer Centre project.
We’ll also have a number of vendor’s tents there displaying their wares, as well as entertainment and activities to keep everyone happy.
A scavenger hunt around the city will be organised in collaboration with the Toowoomba City Council for those who wish to participate, prizes are available for those who complete the run
Sunday 3rd of May
The group ride to destinations unknown (except to our organisers)… plan to be away most of the day for this one (4+hrs between start and finish)
Our group ride will be followed by more socialising back at the Blue Mountain Hotel for the last night of festivities!
Monday 4th of May
Everyone departs and makes their way home
2 different ticket types are available for purchase depending on what level of involvement suits you best.
Saturday & Sunday only: This is for those who are really only interested in the activities. This ticket comes with an event shirt and entry into the show & shine.
Full event: This is for everyone who comes for the social aspect of the event.
This ticket includes:
Nibbles at the Friday night meet and greet
Automatic entry into all events i.e. Show & shine, scavenger hunt, group ride etc.
Saturday night buffet dinner

Event packs will be available for collection at the meet and greet on Friday night at the Blue Mountain Hotel. Your registration pack will include:
QIVM26 event shirt and Indian Motorcycles branded merch
Full itinerary, including a mud map for the group ride and a list of contacts for the event
Useful information about the Toowoomba region, and places you might like to visit while in the area

The Northpoint Motel is now currently at capacity but we’ve been able to negotiate a 10% discount for attendees with the Ambassador on Ruthven.
This motel is roughly 2kms from the Blue Mountain Hotel, but with the courtesy bus running Friday and Saturday nights this short distance shouldn’t be an issue.
